We’re offering paid internships to graduates in order to give them the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience in the professional game industry. We are currently seeking for a full time Project Management Assistant Intern. You will work alongside our project Manager Team for 6 Months. With this exciting opportunity, a full time paid job may be offered at the end of the period. Position Overview: The Project Manager Assistant Intern will contribute as part of a small and focused team to the organization, communication and administrative support to our client’s creative and developmental team. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform successfully in this position. Responsibilities: - Overseeing daily operations tied to localization - Providing input and feedback for continuous improvement of processes, services, and client relationships - Communicating localization processes and requirements to the Production Manager - Briefing and debriefing the team for each project - Ensuring the most effective use of our software tools for assigned projects - Project analysis - Preparing quotes and purchase orders Requirements: - Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure - Understanding of foreign cultures - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to prepare and control a work schedule and deliver to budget - Excellent written and verbal English skills required (German or French is a plus) - Knowledge of standard applications, specifically: MS Project, MS Office, CAT software - Customer service skills - Familiarity with principles of internationalization and globalization - Ability to work independently and/or in a team - Superior attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion - A love of games, game development and the games industry
